MonaJane Lippit

Executive Director

MonaJane Lippit joined Blue Ridge Assisted Living as Executive Director on 2023 and brings over 30 years of experience in corporate healthcare and leadership to the community. Prior to joining, Blue Ridge, MonaJane served in an executive leadership role in both rehabilitation and the Senior/Assisted Living industry. She is passionate about helping others and ensuring resident satisfaction and looks forward to serving our seniors at Blue Ridge. In her free time, MonaJane enjoys rafting on the Toccoa river, enjoying all the benefits of mountain life, and spending time with her husband and children.

Cindy Querry

Senior Lifestyle Counselor

Senior Lifestyle Counselor, Cindy Querry, is a proud graduate of Kennesaw College whose career has been dedicated to healthcare and serving our area’s senior population. She spent 12 years as a Senior Circle Director at Fannin Regional Hospital, and as an entrepreneur, owned a travel agency that specialized in senior adult travel.

A seventh-generation Fannin Countian, Cindy has a special connection to our area and its residents, and truly understands the many joys of living in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. She and her husband, John, have been married for 38 years, and have two sons, a daughter-in-law and two, wonderful grandchildren who bring endless joy to their lives.

Jessica Trotter

Director of Health and Wellness

Jessica Trotter began her nursing career in long term care after finishing nursing school in 2018. One of her first nursing positions that she took was at a retirement home in Cleveland Tennessee. She really enjoyed getting to know those residents and made lots of friends and really learned a lot of valuable experience from that position. She has enjoyed working with the senior population ever since. Jessica joined our Blue Ridge location 3 years ago and has really grown in her position as the Director of Health and Wellness. Jessica and husband John have been married for 15 years and together they have 3 children. Jessica is from Gainesville Georgia and she moved to the Blue Ridge area 12 years ago. Jessica really enjoys spending time with her family and traveling is something they enjoy doing together.

Dionne Ryff

Business Office Manager

Dionne has worked in several different exciting industries with various kinds of roles including publicity and promotions for movie studios, marketing/sales assistant/promotions for a newspaper/magazine and radio station, physician liaison for a hospital, registrar/information specialist for a middle school, but none have been more rewarding then being the executive assistant/business office manager at 2 different assisted living communities. Always one to build strong relationships with others, she has most enjoyed getting to know seniors, building friendships with them and knowing that she has made a difference in their lives. What she hopes they take with them is how much they have also made a difference in in her world. Working with and around seniors truly brings her enjoyment that she wishes everyone could experience in their working career.
