The program mentioned earlier – created by Dr. Paul Lam – was geared particularly to arthritis sufferers. Other medical experts assisted the doctor in putting the program together. It is easy to learn and can be done quickly. The program has been shown to be safe and effective. It is supported by numerous organizations due to its safe features and efficiency.
